Seriously Good Salads: Creative Flavor Combinations for Nutritious, Satisfying Meals

I'm usually the chef in our family, but my wife has been the one who has been using this the most. We both love *good* salads, and this has been a boon. She mentioned to me that the photographs are wonderful and that the book is put together well. This will not help you to make salads faster, but maybe help you to make better salads. She also told me that she feels like the book is teaching her the components of what it looks like to make better salads altogether (in terms of proteins, tastes, and textures). One of the other aspects she's gathered is in prepping ahead to be able to mix components when you need them. Altogether, this is a great find! If you're looking to make, learn, and enjoy salads (and pictures of salads), then definitely get this book!
